Sumitra Devi has been with Prajna Vihar School since its inception in 1990. She has earned a B.A. degree and master’s degree in education. She teaches Hindi, social science, and what is called “moral science” or respectful behavior to the younger students in the school. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and she performs at festivals accompanied by her husband playing the harmonium and tabla.
